The room was clean and tidy and suited for our 1 night.

It was hard to unlock the door. When in our room someone knocked and then opened the door with a key before we could respond to the knock. They were looking for a jumper, and thought the room was unoccupied, not happy about that. The next morning we went for an early walk before leaving and couldn’t get back into the hotel. The key we were given wouldn’t unlock the front door. Lucky for us there was someone outside on the upstairs verandah and came down and opened the door.

On a plus, the room was clean and well presented. The staff was helpful and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located.

Sad to say, the noise levels spilling up the stairs from the public bar area were not pleasant and I struggled to get any real sleep. One of my neighbours also thought having his TV on all night was acceptable so only with the use of personal earplugs plus keeping the extraction fan from the bathroom turned on, did I get any sleep at all.

Good location.

Bed bug infestation. My wife was covered in awful bites. Bed bugs full if blood when squashed. We had to listen to a man being violently ill for a couple of hours at night.

The location was great, staff made you feel very welcome. The steak meal at restaurant was not only value at $25 but one of the nicest meals we've had in a long time. You could walk around town...river across road and walking parks.

Was a bit of noise from pub which you would expect staying at a hotel. It was a shame you couldn't access bed from both sides...but overall a comfy bed.

Accommodation was close to everything, room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable 😀

The room was clean & nice & warm. The bistro downstairs served great meals.

Bathroom was too small. Music from pub downstairs played really late. Could hardly hear our TV!
