very friendly manager, always smiling and happy to help, got us more towels, blankets and toilet paper when we needed it. big breakfast.

a bit musty smelling but it’s been quiet so some of the rooms probably haven’t been used for a long while

Good location, friendly and sweet staff who were very indulging of all our requests. Room was clean, we could rent a motorbike right there at the property, as well as book our (excellent) Lanha Bay tour through them. Close to the center of town near all the restaurants.

For hot water, we had to call the reception each time and ask them to turn on the heater. This was inconvenient while getting ready in the mornings. Maybe this was because of the solar heater not working properly in cold/cloudy weather, but it's definitely something they could improve upon. Breakfast was basic (but filling cos of the eggs and sausages offered)

Good location, comfortable room, friendly and accommodating staff. We enjoyed the tour we organised through the front desk. There’s a motorbike hire place across the road which was inexpensive. :)
