Rooms are lovely, very well kept, clean and spacious. We were quickly taken to our room and very happy.

The first night was great. We went away for a relaxing weekend by the lake, looking forward to some peace and quiet away from our three children. Unfortunately, the second night was a different story. When we returned from dinner we were alerted to a message from Booking saying our stay had been cancelled. We realised later that this was an attempt from the hotel to prevent us from leaving a review after our stay. This was apparent as soon as the loud music and bass for an after hours party began in the restaurant directly below our room and continued until 12:45am, bringing our relaxing weekend to an abrupt end. Thankfully, Eurovision provided a welcome distraction from the noise. The staff were friendly, apologetic, and did their best to help, but by that point the damage had already been done and they were unable to move us to a new room. We previously requested a cot for the room, so as a hotel, you should be fully aware that a family with a young baby have booked a room and look to put them in a room that isn't directly above a party. In my view, the hotel needs to decide whether it wants to be a weekend party venue or a relaxing hotel destination. At this price point, I would expect the latter. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of those expectations on our second night.

Paulo was such a lovely lady… welcoming us … lovely modern room with great views…. All staff were helpful and very friendly. The bistro restaurant was again modern and airy…. Excellent choices of paid for breakfast and dinners…. Also able to alter for my husband who is a coeliac so needed gluten free food. All delicious. ☺️

Music was a bit loud as we were on the end room and it played onto the upstairs seating area…. The clubbing soundtrack was a bit much after a while… so had to keep door closed. A coffee machine would have been an asset to the room as all the other hotels we’d stayed at had them and we love Italian proper coffee pods…. 😁…. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful location, excellent views. The rooms were beautiful, very modern, spacious, great bathroom, and the lake front facing balcony was lovely. The staff was great.

While the location is beautiful, there is not much to do around unless you drive your way out, or walk for 30 min.
