Beautiful hotel with similar room, we had the top floor and therefore a spectacular view!!

Lovely stay, big room, nice view quiet stay!!! It’s nice because it is a bit outside the overcrowded area which makes it so pleasant and restful. The rooms are very qualitative and big with a nice view..

Only one comment on their staff: While the lady (owner probably) was so lovely; her young gentleman that works for her was dishonest and rude and used informal language (please kindly use “Lei” with your guests and ladies not “tu” which is informal) I am aware that he was alone for reception and restaurant but not only did He made me stand up while seeing that I was 9 months pregnant and tired.. but We asked how many rooms were available and if we could book directly with him he said only one room was left of the highest category while booking was showing otherwise with many rooms available. Prices that he gave us also didn’t make sense as they were very expensive versus booking. when I clearly told him that the price of the room he was giving me was more expensive than booking he told me to book through booking and then suddenly all different types of room available and he mentioned that the room we booked was a different category that was suddenly available. He then went around while leaving me standing …. In the meantime some other guests arrived. He did their check in while having me still standing and purposely explained to them very loud that he would give them the bigger room as we took their room and continued the same story and speech when he gave us the room saying that we could have gotten the biggest room. Someone with a minimum of logical ethics and humanity would have simply given me a chair instead of making me stand for 20 mins, speaking rudely and would have had the elegance to give the people the room they had booked while giving us the biggest room for a small increase which we would have been able to pay additionally as it would has helped us.
