Wir hatten das Hotel für die Osterferien auch deswegen ausgesucht, weil es eine schöne hochgelegene Terrasse hatte um morgens gemütlich einen Kaffee zu trinken und auf den See zu schauen. Nun war es aber jeden Morgen so, dass uns mitgeteilt wurde die Terrasse sei noch nicht nutzbar, weil sie noch geputzt werden müsse und das zu einem Zeitpunkt wo aber schon über eine Stunde Frühstück angeboten wird. Also haben wir uns auf die untere Terrasse gesetzt, die aber bei weitem nicht so schön gestaltet ist. Das war schade und da hätte ich mir auch ein bisschen mehr Einsatz vom Personal erwünscht. Die Zimmer waren ansonsten schön gestaltet und das Bett bequem, toll auch mit Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Der Raumduft(Parfüm) war extrem aufdringlich und unangenehm, vielleicht kann man diesen mal überdenken. Die Lage ist ok, man muss aber bedenken dass man nah der stark befahrenen Straße direkt vor einem Tunnel ist. Ein bisschen mehr Gastfreundlichkeit würde dem Hotel sicherlich nicht schaden.

Rooms are lovely, very well kept, clean and spacious. We were quickly taken to our room and very happy.

The first night was great. We went away for a relaxing weekend by the lake, looking forward to some peace and quiet away from our three children. Unfortunately, the second night was a different story. When we returned from dinner we were alerted to a message from Booking saying our stay had been cancelled. We realised later that this was an attempt from the hotel to prevent us from leaving a review after our stay. This was apparent as soon as the loud music and bass for an after hours party began in the restaurant directly below our room and continued until 12:45am, bringing our relaxing weekend to an abrupt end. Thankfully, Eurovision provided a welcome distraction from the noise. The staff were friendly, apologetic, and did their best to help, but by that point the damage had already been done and they were unable to move us to a new room. We previously requested a cot for the room, so as a hotel, you should be fully aware that a family with a young baby have booked a room and look to put them in a room that isn't directly above a party. In my view, the hotel needs to decide whether it wants to be a weekend party venue or a relaxing hotel destination. At this price point, I would expect the latter. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of those expectations on our second night.
