TURIM Oporto Hotel

Personal sehr nett. Lage sehr gut.

Wir waren 2 Nächte dort. Eine Nacht und eine Woche später noch eine Nacht. Der Preisunterschied jedoch sehr gross.

Esmorçar molt complet Situació inmillorable Mentres esperavem l'entrega de l'habitació, perque varem arribar una mica aviat, un conserge de nom Jay, ens va atendre d'una manera impecable i ens va fer un esbós del que podriem fer durant els nostres 4 dies d'estada a la ciutat que ens va servir per repartir perfectament totes les coses a fer aquells dies. Bom quarto, ótima localização.

Achamos um pouco fora do esperado que a receção do hotel não soubesse o horário de abertura para almoço do restaurante do próprio hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, staff were friendly and helpful offering recommendations on the best way to experience the city and local restaurants. Rooms spacious, clean and had a good rain head shower. The bar downstairs was great and there was happy hour between 4pm-7pm with local house wines, beer and softdrink included.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and flat. There were no alternatives on offer, just more of the same type. Unfortunately during our stay the pool was closed for maintenance so we were not able to use it.
