La ubicación y el hotel en general

La atención del personal de recepción, sin darnos muchas explicaciones donde era el parking y que había que pasar la tarjeta de la habitación para usar los ascensores, tuvimos que ir a sacar el auto de donde lo habíamos dejado porque no tuvieron la molestia de explicar nada !
