I did not get any breakfast. Then told me that I may collect a coupon to eat from another hotel about 200 meters away from the property. I did not collect any coupon to walk and back such a distance in rain.

Staff behavior was fine. Location was close to the lulu mall

The place was stinking. Very poor ventilation. Restaurant was non operational. Room charges are high for the facilities. Wi-Fi also didn't work in the room. No parking for vehicle. Location on a very busy road

Uncleaned and old rooms. Nothing represents what's on pictures.

Not super clean. Shower was broken. I thought of making a tea and the mugs were all dirty. I saw small cockroaches in the bathroom. It’s not a 5 star hotel but for 3k I expect half of the cleanliness at least.

Breakfast was not from the hotel since the kitchen was closed. This was not informed at the time of our arrival either. But the staff were exceptionally good. We loved all the staff who worked there.

We had to go to another place for breakfast in the scorching sun. We choose A1 hotel as it showex in tjeir website that breakfaat waz included. But the staff said their kitchen was closed and this was not updated in the website. This could have been updated or atleast inform at the time of arrival so that people like us would have chosen another place where breakfast was included inhouse.
