"Very uncomfortable stay at Aura One Hotel"

Very kind, some of the staff and the way they communicate with us.

I noticed one of the female staff members at the reception is very rude. This is my second stay at Aura One Hotel. The first time, we also found many cockroaches in the room, as well as bed bugs in the mattress. The hotel management changed the room, but in the new room, we also found cockroaches and insects.
