Der Empfang war unglaublich herzlich und immer wurde sich gekümmert, wenn man etwas auf dem Herzen hatte . Das Essen ( wir hatten HP ) war fantastisch, sehr gute Küche und tolle Auswahl an Gerichten. Die Zimmer mit dem Ausblick in die Berge waren einfach ein Traum, ebenfalls der Spa-Bereich ist zu empfehlen und lädt zu Entspannung ein. Ein wirklich tolles Hotel und absolut zu empfehlen!

Minimaler Kritikpunkt (aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau) ist das etwas kleine Bad bzw. Dass die Tür direkt vor dem WC war.

Camera al III piano senza ascensore: andrebbe segnalato al momento della prenotazione. Balcone con una sola sedia anche se la camera era doppia Cameriera che alle 8.15 del mattino ha cercato di entrare in camera, svegliandoci

Tutto, dalla posizione, alla struttura, dalla camera ai servizi, dalla vista al personale. Ho amato anche solo l'acqua nella camera ogni volta che vi tornavo, il cibo era, per usare un riduttivo, squisito, in oltre, il personale che si ricorda di te, ricorda cosa hai preso, molto disponibile e cordiale anche oltre alla formazione professionale è impagabile

Great breakfast and dinner menu. Comfortable and well equipped suite. Good sauna and pool. Parking is good. Great for hikes into the mountains.
