hotel was lovely staff was friendly sauna was outstanding food was amazing extremely clean

the location was not what we had expected, from reading the location before booking it sounded as if hotel was close to tre cime or walking distance but it was in fact 1 hour 15 minutes drive away . the other problem was we did not sleep much during our stay beds were comfortable but walls very thin between rooms every time someone went to bathroom we could hear everything from the room to the front and the room above us was even worse

Very nice located place with beautifull view, cosy bar and restaurant, dog friendly hotel, comfortable big bed

Sauna was till 19- at 18:40 lady who works there said it's cleaned and closed, swimming pool needs cleanig or renovation

The welcome on reception, the friendliness of the waitress & the quality of the food.

Staff in the spa were a bit grumpy

Great set up for a family of four. Located on several trail heads. Sauna and pool were great for the kids. Indoor pool was good but not great…again, not bad but not huge (for a kid that wants to jump and splash and parents that don’t want to disrupt others). Food was some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Overall, I recommend for anyone.

Price for food was high.
