The mattress was comfortable. Cold AC. Good restroom lighting. Room smelled clean. Staff was nice.

We did not have high expectations coming in but since it was the only option in Devine we just went for it. We expected it the room to be outdated, which it was. The bedding was warn and pilling, which was scratchy and uncomfortable.

It was close to where we needed to be to look at properties to purchase. But there is no competition to be better.

The facility is old & needs updating. A little water was spilled on the tile floor. When wiped up with an extra towel, the towel was black as well as my bare feet. Yuck!

Room was not fully and well clean. My daughter found an insect on the bed between the comforter and the bed sheets. The window air conditioner was too noisy.
