Lots of noise from upstairs, a child or children running upstairs until after 2 in the morning, not the fault of the motel buttery annoying,

The old feel of a motor inn, the proximity to I-35 & stores close by.

Property needs some attention to its rooms. Room needs to be cleaned better as there were cobwebs in the corners of the shower.
