MYMYMYMYMYPoor management. They forfeited my deposit. I was charged RM40 for allegedly broken the room key during check-in. The management insisted that it was my fault and I should be held liable for the damages. The hotel door lock was old and crooked, and it wasn’t intentional. What a joke!
