Rundown, toilet bad, door cannot lock, rooms gloomy. Had to stay there due to last kinute booking
MYMYMYMYBad and worst experienced ever. The hotel staff was bad, rude and hot tempered. The hotel facility is not suitable with the price paid. Be careful.
1. Room was dirty and furniture was broken. Detached toilet seat. No soap and almost dry bottle shampoo in the bathroom. Need to be completely over haul before open for renting. Bed linen was wrinkle and untidy. 2. The staff was rude and hot temper. Not nice to customer who spent money at their hotel 3. Deposit RM50 was taken during check in, no receipt for deposit payment issued, to claim back the deposit had to whatsapp the key photo to management (self check out) and the deposit will be transferred to bank account. 4. No one at the front desk during check out. I had to wait and press the counter bell a few times until I saw a phone number to call on the front desk. 5. The staff was rude and hot tempered when ask to return the deposit. After 3pm still did not receive my deposit. The WA text reply from the staff was very abusive with swearing words. I still keep the print screen of the WA text with me. 6. Better to close this hotel - not worth a single penny. This is not RM100 hotel. 7. Be careful to rent this hotel. Especially the staff who is behind the hotel phone line.
