Гостиница находится в 2 минутах ходьбы до бульвара Витоша. Встречала нас Пламена, очень приятная девушка, говорящая по-русски. Она всё объяснила и ответила на все наши вопросы и дала нам больший номер, чем мы заказывали! Огромное спасибо Анжеле за вкусные завтраки и обалденные тортики, а также постоянное желание помочь и подсказать. Вечером есть бесплатный бар с различными спиртными напитками, где управляющий гостиницей предложил нам попробовать знаменитую болгарскую ракию. Мы очень хорошо провели время. Большое спасибо всему коллективу гостиницы!

The Staff was EXCELLENT !!! The initial room that was given to us was a little small. We were then UPGRADED to a much larger room with a great view. At NO extra charge. It is a Heritage Hotel. Location is great. Breakfast is adequate. The staff at this property are an asset to this hotel. Thank you Deanna and Pam. Will definitely return.

"Decent hotel"

Friendly staff, good location, spacious room with lots of light, good wifi, charging cables

Room too hot, AC didn't help. Water noises in room. Dangerous step in the middle of room. Light of bathroom mirror broken.
