الفندق رائع جدا والموظفين قمة في الرقي والاخلاق ، والافطار لذيذ ومتنوع والموقع قريب من الشارع الحيوي في المنطقة الذي فيه المحلات والمطاعم المختلفة، وتم ترقية الغرفة لنا مجانا واذا زرت صوفيا مرة أخرى سوف احجز في نفس الفندق إن شاء الله

Sve je bilo super, od prethodne komunkacije do rastanka. Izvrsna soba, upgraded, balkon, lijep vidik, tiha i mirna, vrlo čista Vrlo kvalitetan doručak, jako dobar i širok izbor, osoblje u restoranu spremno priskočiti i pomoći u svakom trenutku. Svaku večer u baru happy hour! Hotel na izvrsnom položaju, u centru, na minutu hoda od Bulevara Vitoša, sve znamenitosti na dohvatu laganom šetnjom. Izvrsna vrijednost za novac. Posebna pohvala recepciji, gđa. Plamena je bila susretljiva i pomogla nam u svim trenucima kada smo trebali pomoć ili savjet.

The room facilities needs an update

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt, und kommen sicher wieder!

Large comfortable rooms, friendly staff, handy central location and a good breakfast. We have stayed here before and will stay here again whenever we go to Sofia.

The original room I had booked was not available as it needed some plumbing repairs, which is understandable but when we checked in they didn't mention that and gave me keys to another room. When I got to the room I recognised it was the one we'd stayed in on our previous visit and not the one I had booked online. When I asked reception why we were not in the superior room I had booked, that is when they told me about the renovations issue. I said I would have preferred if they had told me that up front, particularly as the room I had booked and already paid for was a higher rate. They were apologetic and told us the mini bar in our room was all complimentary as compensation, which I appreciated, so all good in the end and I would happily book here again.

Le petit-déjeuner était plus qu'à la hauteur, il n'y a rien à redire sur ce sujet. L'établissement est idéalement situé et globalement propre. La literie était correct.

J'ai eu la malheureuse surprise d'avoir l'effet d'un pédiluve dans la douche, ce que je considère comme non acceptable en matière d'hygiène ! Le parking n'en est en réalité pas un, il s'agit d'une sorte de "grande cour" où seulement 5 voitures peuvent être "entassées". Si vous possédez un gros véhicule imposant, vos rétroviseurs risque d'avoir une frayeur.
