Loved the view and the room was very comfortable and cosy

Check in was easy - Louise took me through all the things that I needed to know, and gave me some excellent advice about the Marathon Road Closures which probably saved me a lot of money in taxi fares (THANK YOU!). I was in a room with a shared bathroom - the shower room and toilet where in perfect condition. The bedroom itself had everything I needed - a very comfy double bed and a fantastic view of Loch Ness. A local shop is 1-2 minutes away, plus you are very close to Falls of Foyers.

A beautiful location overlooking Loch. Safe parking in front of the property. Nice food and and a whisky drinkers paradise - there is a selection of 204!

The view is nice, not amazing but nice

Staff insisted to make me pay the room a second time and was not very welcoming (very shy good morning) In the morning we were 10minutes late, they saw we were taking off all our luggages from the room but they were gone when I wanted to give back the key and say bye…

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Nicely situated in a quiet area. Good breakfast.

Nice room, that was very clean and tidy. The toilet and shower are shared facilities, and those were also very clean and comfortable. Also a great view and a magnificent location.

The bed needs to be replaced in our opinion, because it had holes/pits in it from being used often. This was on both sides of the bed, and it made lying not very comfortable. Furthermore, there is a green light in the room that's always on. I get it, but it's annoying. There must be an alternative, because it's quite bright.

Location

This was our 2nd stay as we thought the first time everyone has an off to day so gave her the benefit of the doubt , customer skills are definitely lacking , was actually told by the owner she's happier when it's quiet , maybe a change in jobs is on the horizon.
