Clear, spread out nicely - nothing too far away, pool area was clean and no 6 o clock dash for sunbeds. Our room was modern and spacious

We had to take taxi to the city because there was not a lot to do around this area. My friends had the all inclusive drinks and they did not taste good. WiFi was poor in my room. There were sand storms the day of my arrival and our swim up pool only got cleaned at 3pm the next day, despite asking when it would be cleaned at 10am, they said soon. Meaning we couldn’t use the pool.

The location was a little bit away from places

This was our first stay in a hotel with a private pool, so expectations were high — unfortunately, not everything lived up to them. We had booked a premium room with a private pool, but on the first day were given a standard room, also with a private pool. As compensation, the hotel offered us three free buffet dinners, which was appreciated. Surprisingly, the standard room was actually better in some ways: it had a larger terrace and a sun umbrella, which the premium room didn’t. Both rooms were very small in size — no real difference there. The “smart” light system was more annoying than useful, and there was no hand soap, which felt strange. The staff were excellent — very helpful and genuinely kind. That alone raised the overall impression. We had picked this place based in part on positive breakfast reviews, but honestly, the breakfast was just average. No proper cappuccino, and the bar menu was very limited and overpriced. The buffet dinners were also quite basic, closer to a 2-star resort level than what you’d expect at this price point. One important note: the photos on Booking.com are clearly photoshopped — check Google Maps for more realistic images. Also, rooms with private pools face the main road, so there’s traffic during the day and dust in the air — not the most relaxing setup. On the plus side: free parking was always available, and it was generally quiet at night. In summary: lovely staff saved the stay, but overall, the experience didn’t quite match the promise. Solid 4 stars — with a minus.

Excellent hotel, friendly and welcoming staff, great location. We had our own private pool, which was superb. Only thing I would like to improve is to have one heated pool as we went in April, the weather was lovely but the water in swimming pools still cold. Obviously that won’t be a problem in the summer.
