Bed not comfortable breakfast limited

Super peaceful and quiet with beautiful river view. I loved the artistic vibes, the bed was super comfortable, the lights were soft and the whole atmosphere was great. Close to everything but not in the noise.

This is a little gem just one stone away from the Old Town Hoi An. Very artsy and beautiful boutique hotel. I got a room with a balcony so I get the river view and some flowers. It's very refreshing to see that view in the morning. The room is spacious, the bed is comfy and the room has a bathtub so I can relax after a long day. Breakfast is nice on 4th floor where you can have the whole river view with sunlight in the morning. A great way to start your day. Highly recommend.

Room is spacious for couple and the veranda overlooking at the river.

The bathroom is not good as the position of the bath tab is not suitable. Every time I move in the bath tab I almost fall as like moving. The breakfast is not what I expected.

Pictures of breakfast they advertise on booking.com are very misleading. The international breakfast consists of a fried egg and bread. No pastries. No eggs benedict or bacon like in photos. Breakfast is certainly not exceptional like advertised. Upon arriving we were asked about our choice for breakfast. Once we realized the very limited options, considering my booking was labeled as 'international breakfast' the hotel staff offered to remove the breakfast fee off our stay. They asked us to also cancel our booking.com reservation too and then we payed directly to the hotel.
