Townhouse Pine Tree

It was at the heart of new Indore city. Close to lot of restaurants, marriage gardens, superstores and Bombay Hospital. It is bit inside which is great because it reduces the sound and pollution that main road hotels get. The property is newer so it’s in good condition.

There was suffocation inside rooms, had to turn on AC. Even then the dusted stale air remained. I think AC filters need to be cleaned regularly. TV remote was broken and was wrapped with tape. Didn’t work. Blanket cover had hole in it and towel was of mediocre quality.Toiletries weren’t provided.

The staff was really warm and welcoming.. Special mention for Mr. Arjun Singh . Really nice and warm

The location as it was too interior.. And the rooms could have been more spacious

I booked room through booking.com but the hotel manager Said there is no such booking showing in our system so we can't give you room..but we were tried it was emergency so we requested him alot and then he agreed to give the room at 1200/- although on booking.com it showed me 756 /- only! It's totally fraud !
