I liked the way they respond to your needs and take care.

They refused to provide a bill and asked additional tax (even though the amount I paid was already including taxes). They vary prices, facilities, etc. from visitor to visitor. It has to be consistent e.g. during my check in I was charged more than the other customer with similar room type, I was not given complimentary tea but some other customers were. Further, their bedsheets, pillow and quilt covers are very unclean and stinky. It's washed but looks like they need to buy new ones, it has stains and washed out completely. Everytime I switched on AC it smelled like hell.

Staff is good, cleaned rooms.

They don't accept online booking from any platform. May be they can ask for extra charges, I did not pay because it was first time we visited hotel.

Good stay .

Hygienic and clean room with cordial staff. Staff was very friendly and available for your help 24×7.
