Hotel Garni Caroline

This botique hotel is exactly what you need when you go for a ski trip. The staff is graceful and helpful , always welcoming you with a smile. The breakfast would fit everyone, with fresh bread as if directly from the bakery. The hotel is very(!) close to all interest points including ski lifts (the underground ramp is just across the street. The spa really surprised me with many different sauna’s , relaxation rooms, ect. The hotel is quiet , comfortable and most important - very CLEAN.

I was staying in for a week this january in the hotel got trouble behavior from the hotel manger and owner she almost hit the kids because rhey were little too loud start she is very violent to us .i got one of the worst vacation ever and i dont recommend to enybody go neer this hotel

Family ski holiday to the wonderful Ischgl was made by the location of the hotel. A short few steps from the boot room to a lift which takes you to a moving walkway for an easy few minute walk/ride to the gondola. After skiing there is a piste which finishes just behind the hotel. So the hotel is almost ski to door. When out in Ischgl you are again only a short walk away from all the restaurants and nightlife - yet in a very quiet pretty location. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly. The rooms plenty large enough and well equipped. Free WiFi and a fridge too. The breakfast is really varied and again the staff lovely. If visiting ischgl again we would stay here! The sauna looks amazing too - not really our thing, but maybe we’ll try next time.

We were a couple and four additional friends. Some of them had veen there in the past, and were eager to return. I totally understand why. The hotel's location is perfect. In front of the hotel's entrance is the entrance to the elevator that takes you to the Dorftunnel (a moving subterranean sidewalk) that takes you directly to the main street in one direction, and to the lift to the ski area on the other direction. All apre-ski locations are just around the corner. A place for the lazy. The hotel has an internal spa, with 2 dry and one wet saunas, foot jackouzzy, infra-red room, showers and rest areas. Herbal tea corner included. The rooms are nicely designed. Excellent beds, comfortable bath rooms. The team is very nice, helpful and always willing to help. A good smile is always available. Breakfast is good, with variety of breads and toppings, eggs, salmon, jams, cheeses and more. We totally enjoyed it, and will surely go there again on our bext visit to Ischgl.

Very good hotel. Very close to the escalator to the lift (very convenient, as you are carrying skies and wearing boots). Room was cleaned daily, substantial breakfast, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Sauna and jacuzzi on the ground floor. You can purchase ski pass from the lobby. Minus - we had double room, there were two single beds pushed together and two single duvets!? Although, beds were comfortable.

We loved this place! Nice staff, clean and modern living. Good breakfast in a small cozy room. Perfect location close to skilifts, afterski and citycentre. We'd love to stay there again and can really recommend it! Ischgl as town is very nice but expensive!

We stayed a full week at this hotel. The rejects I found :if you suffer from soft mattress just ask for another one(I got a hard mattress after few minutes). The church is quiet close so you may get up 6:45 from bell ringing... The location is amazing ,few meters from elevator that lead to the tunnel. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms spa and skiroom are all new/renovated. Big 👍👍👍

We've just returned from our family ski vacation . Stayed at Caroline hotel. Very nice boutique hotel, carefully decorated. The rooms are big enough and comfortable, delicious breakfast, nice spa. The best location we had so far: direct access ( through the lift) to both, Fimba cable car and downtown pedestrian street, and you can ski down almost to the hotel entrance . Hope to be back!

Just back from a week's skiing in Ischgl, we found the Hotel Caroline in Ischgl absolutely superb. The bedroom was immaculate, well appointed in every way and a lovely balcony to admire the view after a long day skiing. Bathroom was perfect also. Julia and her team were brilliant, warm, welcoming and helpful with any query be it for ski hire or transfers. Breakfast was very tasty, with plenty to offer. Great location too, a lift across the road brings you to the tunnel travelator which brings you to the gondolas and away you go! Would I stay there again, absolutely and I hope to be back there again next year!

We really felt the position was very central to everything, easy access to a variety of restaurants as we'll as the Après ski venues. A lift to the nearest slope literally on the doorstep taking one easily to the travelator to access the Fimba ski lift. There is a SPAR close by to get that snack and room drink if needed,The room was ample enough, with good wardrobe space , the only negative would be the rather small shower cubicle causing one to bump the shower mixer, which would alter the temperature , but water pressure was very good. One negative is the rather dented in mattresses which could be replaced .The rooms we're well serviced and always nicely cleaned. The breakfasts with a large variety on offer daily were more than generous. We found the younger owner more than helpful and friendly and if anyone was abrupt then I would have to say the mother /older fräulein, but I understand it's the way of the personality of the nation, so to be expected. We never incurred a housekeeper coming too early! Although there was fridge in the room we never used it,the fridge was full of a variety of drinks which we did not touch nor were ever asked if we had used any of them , so perhaps they are complimentary ? We found he balcony was very apt for keeping our beers cold. The church bells tend to go off throughout the night, albeit quietly and at 6.45 am daily toll loudly for approx 28 x for three sessions quite loudly , great as an alarm clock . We would definitely go back to Hotel Caroline again, and having stayed in many different accommodations in Saalbach and other ski resorts, none of which we ever returned to again , this then comes with good recommendation.
