Very helpful staff, very professional. Lovely food, home made and healthy great variety. Fabulous location, spa,beach and pool area so convenient to move between each of them.

I would like tea making facilities in the room..that is literally the only thing I would change..because I love a cuppa.

"Gem of a hotel on Ischia’s South coast"

Excellent location directly by the sea with private beach Exceptional staff who went over and beyond and made us feel most welcome and really at home Super clean hotel Fabulous spa facilities with thermal water, fango, massages +++ Delicious evening meals (5 course) for €25 are excellent value for money

"Bien mais trop cher"

L’hôtel est très bien situé sur une des plus jolies plages de l’île, les piscines intérieures et extérieure à l’eau thermale sont agréables même par mauvais temps, le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Le repas du soir est très bien pour le prix. L’hôtel est super calme, un vrai oasis de paix idéal pour une semaine de pur relax en bord de plage. Les massages et excursions proposés sont super sympa mais c’est bien sûr un supplément au prix déjà élevé de l’hôtel.

L’hôtel est bien entretenu mais vieillissant, un rafraîchissement ne ferait pas de trop ainsi qu’un renouvellement des lits/oreillers. Si l’emplacement est très joli il est quand même fort isolé du reste de l’île, cela est un peu gênant le soir, pour l’aller retour en bateau de Sant’Angelo il faut compter 30€/couple ce qui devient vite onéreux si on veut répéter l’expérience. Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner présente un choix limité surtout en salé alors que le buffet d’entrées du soir est très généreux, il pourraient déplacer quelques plats au matin. Du jus frai et des vrais croissants frais de boulangerie seraient également plus conformes aux prix de l’établissement.
