Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme

L’hotel “Parco Smeraldo” è un piccolo paradiso: si trova sul mare, per cui è agevole e veloce l’accesso alla spiaggia privata, attrezzata di tutto punto; dalla bellissima piscina si scorge il mare, e con un passo ci si può accomodare al ristorante, in cui si può godere dell’ottima cucina all’ombra di un verde curatissimo. Il personale è di una gentilezza e preparazione impeccabili. La camera era pulitissima e fornita di ogni comodità. Caldamente consigliato a chi ambisce ad una vacanza veramente confortevole, ad un rapporto qualità/ prezzo eccellente.

Mi sono trovata benissimo, non solo l'hotel gode di una vista e una posizione speciali, ma mi sono sentita accolta dal personale come se fossi in famiglia. Tutti gentilissimi e pronti a farmi sentire a mio agio o a risolvere minime difficoltà. Ero arrivata veramente stravolta e in pochi giorni mi sono sentita rinascere. In particolare il Sig. Pasquale, il Sig. Luigi (Metre) e il Sig. Vincenzo con le loro frasi sagge, i loro sorrisi e la loro gentilezza hanno reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole!! Ma anche le due ragazze della Spa, carinissime, di cui non ricordo i nomi purtroppo, una tedesca nuotatrice e una ragazza con occhi azzurri con brevetto di nuoto! Li ringrazio infinitamente.

This hotel is a secret gem! A true Italian experience with great food at the outdoor Kalaka cafe and extensive (delicious!)breakfast buffet. Spotlessly clean. The true stars are the staff. Friendly polite professional and helpful at every level. Great beach, pool and thermal spa. A wonderful little hotel!

I traveled alone so booked a single room: and it was indeed small. But I was usually in the pool, spa, terrace or beach anyway!

It’s beautiful

Traditional Italian style rooms. The staff are incredibly polite efficient and warm. Plenty of sunbeds on the beach. Beach is beautiful Great location !

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable and beautiful. The pool is good but could do with more deck chairs. Ultimately what really set this hotel apart was the service. What a joy to deal with people who genuinely love their job. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was really helpful and made our stay a delight.

This isn’t the hotels fault but unfortunately of the four nights we stayed, three nights we had booming music playing next door. It was like some sort of festival or club night and it would go on until at least midnight. Not a problem if you’re the clubby type but I was travelling with elderly relatives who sleep at 10. It’s purely something for other guests to note as it may put a dampener on your stay.
