Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme

The customer service at Parco Smeraldo Terme is nothing short of outstanding—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and well taken care of. What truly sets this hotel apart is its seamless integration with the local culture. The team provided excellent recommendations on what to see, and even helped arrange unique local experiences that I wouldn’t have discovered on my own. Their knowledge and passion for the area made my visit even more immersive and enjoyable. The room was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and offered thoughtful touches that reflected the charm of the destination.

Turtle pond was very fun and lovely breakfast spread in the morning. Enjoyed the many pools as well as the private beach access. Staff was very professional and friendly.

We requested (and were confirmed) 2 twin beds but they still ended up giving us a room with a queen sized bed which is unfortunate b/c my sister regularly tries to smother me when I sleep.

Overall ambience of the hotel was excellent and the staff were exceptional. They were very very professional, friendly and attentive, catering for all our needs and questions. The location of the room was great, overlooking the hotel garden whilst being very close to both the swimming pool and the Sea. We also loved the Spa and Hotel Pool

The evening buffet in the restaurant was limited and we would have preferred an "al la carte" style choice.

Great location, close to bus stop, with a private beach (beach club) and a lovely pool offering. It felt a bit retro, or like a journey back in time!

Bed was very hard and we found it uncomfortable. Room facilities were basic- no coffee or tea making facilities. Water in minibar wasn't refreshed for 4 days.
