Hotel San Lorenzo Thermal Spa

La consiglio, per la pulizia, la posizione, i servizi il cibo, mi è piaciuto tutto, La camera tranquilla, tranne il materasso che per me era scomodo. Ci ritornerei . 😃

Thermal pools amazing, as are views.

Air conditioning was broken for 3 of the 4 nights we stayed as temperatures reached over 30 degrees. Only offered a very noisy fan on last night. They subsequently advised booking.com that our complaint was true, despite us sharing evidence. Staff not the friendliest either.

The location, landscaping, staff, and view were excellent. Staff is polite and professional. Room was clean and gives off a vintage vibe. The friendly cats on the property added to the charm of the hotel.

The up-keep of the pools(indoor and outdoor). Mold was noted on the inside walls of hot tub area and the some of the other pools looked dirty and had missing tiles. Breakfast was satisfactory but the quality (watery scrambled eggs) and minimal choices were disappointing.

Staff gentile, colazione e cena molto buone. Le piscine sono tutte con acqua calda: sia quelle interne che quella esterna. L'hotel è in posizione strategica con la fermata del bus a pochi metri. Io e mia moglie speriamo di tornarci presto perché ci siamo rilassati molto!

hotel in ottima posizione, adiacente alla fermata del bus e vicino al centro, con tanti ristoranti da scegliere, colazione buonissima, staff gentile, piscine riscaldate molto belle, richiesta di bagno in camera con le maioliche rispettata

stanza non spaziosissima, mancavano le pantofole e accappatoio e asciugamani per le piscine erano a pagamento, mancato controllo sull'uso delle cuffie nelle piscine

Aamupala oli hyvä, mutta hieman kapeahko valikoima. Sängyt hieman lyhyehköt pitkälle ihmiselle. Muuten ei valitettavaa.
