Great views and location! Fabulous spa and pool facilities. Very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Handy shuttle into local town.

The restaurant experience was not impressive, allowing only 1 hour to serve 100 plus people dinner was quite unpleasant and destroyed any ambiance!

"Hotel termal puțin învechit în locație frumoasă"

Locație foarte frumoasă cu privire peste două golfuri la mare. Ușor accesibil de pe drumul principal. Stație de autobuz alături. Până în centrul din Lacco Ameno pe jos (sau cu Shuttlebus) Hotel puțin învechit, dar plăcut. Diferite piscine cu ape termale sau ape încălzite. Foarte bun mic dejun cu cafea gustoasă. Pat comod. În general totul curat. Spațiul verde frumos.

Atitudinea celor de la recepție. În timp ce lucrătorii mai tineri (cum ar fi chelneri) erau prietenoși, o parte din personal este mai vârsta - aceștia (cum a r fi la recepție și chelnerul șef) erau dar politicoși dar și cam aroganți. S-au oferit, chiar la solicitare, doar informații cam sumare. Acest hotel termal NU propune șlapi de baie! (Nici măcar pentru cumpărare). Camera la sosire putea fi mai curat - mai ales în baie. 2 (exterioare) din 6 piscine nu erau curate (posibil legat de extrasezon). Hotelul are oficial 4 stele, dar multe ar trebui modernizate, înlocuite, actualizate.
