Awesome value for the money, the suits are pretty fancy, everything was clean.

Quite an odd place. Huge restaurant and bar, but totally empty, even the staff is missing and if they show up, they seem confused with anyone coming. Even paying for our stay was a task which took two days, because manager wasn't available. Also the pool was dirty. But other than this the room is very lovely.

The host was wonderful and super welcoming. Beautiful clean rooms, in a perfect location. There is a great cheap restaurant near the hotel.

Friendly staff. Price was also exceptional.

I had a large cockroach in my room. Also sat around for quite a while to check in while the staff lounged around. I was there around noon, to be fair, but still would have been nice if they took the initiative to clean the room and allow me to check in early since they apparently didn't have much on their agenda. Again, price was super cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

I had very good time in this hostel. The manager and other people working there were very friendly and helpful. I felt at home. They also gave me free water every day. It was nice to sleep in cabana: room was big and clean with good air condition. I wifi was working fine and i had good sleep as It was calma during the night Just few blocks from city center , ado station and shared taxi to coba and to playa del Carmen.

A TV could be maybe added to the room

Lovely place, great staff, beautiful room. Enjoyed our stay here very much. Would happily come back

A bit far from the beach, but we expected that Water worked strangely, took a while for hot water to work and then it'd get boiling in seconds.think they should check that out but the overall stay topped that
