Tienen unas "políticas" como ellos dijeron, que no aparecen en ningun sitio. Mi hijo, que estaba alojado en otro hotel por cuestiones deportivas, ni siquiera podía subir a la habitacion para ayudarme a subir las maletas. Mucho menos quedarse conmigo un rato. El desayuno terrible. Finalmente opte por cancelar la reserva, tras un dia allí, y alojarme en otro hotel. Cuando les pedí el documento oficial con las politicas de cancelación, no lo tenían. Un trato inflexible e incomprensible.
