Great location close to airport, and on a ridge so had nice views across the city. Staff are tremendously friendly and helpful.

Continental Breakfast was a bit awkward as it is served to your table versus a buffet style. And it comes in waves of different food instead of all at once.

Very friendly staff, the service was great, fantastic airport shuttle service, very clean room, gym (not bad) on site.

The staff were so hospitable, friendly and ready to help with everything! The view of Kigali city from the Cloud 9 restaurant is breathtaking. A 10/10 facility that deserves more recognition!

The Staff was excellent

The AIRCONDITIONING is very complicated and needs to be user friendly This is a big negative The staff did there very best to help ( excellent assistant from staff )

It took forever to get food no matter the time of days always at least 30 minutes
