not a possibility of takeaway breakfast (would be very practical when one gets up early for tours&buses) the location was a bit further than i first thought

The room had all the basics, nothing fancy, but everything functional. The breakfast was basic, but provided a few options. There is a round-the-clock receptionist on the bottom floor, if they are not there, you just need to message them.

Although everything is functional, it’s a bit old and worn.

- Really fantastic and helpful staff who helped us organising a taxi to the airport at 5am - Comfortable bed and room - Nice view on the city

- Breakfast was really quite poor, basically nothing more than white toast, margarine, butter, and a bit of cheese - WiFi was almost comedically slow in our room

The hotel is the opposite of elegance from the minute you enter, it’s really dated. We booked the suite and it stank of cigarettes and we were told that was the only room. Also be careful when booking the suite as it mashes two different rooms together on the images and only one of them has the balcony/penthouse area, ours didn’t. The curtains must be decades old and don’t shut properly next to the bed meaning loads of light in the morning and no privacy. The traffic fumes from the road completely flooded the room in the morning to the point where we felt like we were in a gas station, we had to open all of the windows and wear covid masks. The wifi barely works. The breakfast is actually worse than the images they show. It was fruit, ham, bread and jam (see image).

Elegance hotel is situated in a excellent location. The view is amazing, you can see the whole city from the dining room, meanwhile enjoying a delicious breakfast with various options to choose from. The hygiene of the hotel is 10/10, very clean, I would definitely recommend this hotel best bang for your buck. Exceptionally good service all around for a fairly affordable price, I was surprised.

The only little downside was that the wifi would once in a while drop signal since I was at the top last floor of the hotel. If they can improve their wifi speed and connection, I would rate it a 10/10 so I’ll give it a 9/10 everything else was pretty much on point.
