Номер был просторный,чистый,классный вид из окна вечером, персонал отличный и атмосфера. Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле

The room facilities are excellent. Staff are very supportive and helpful. Room space was excellent. The room was quiet and very peaceful.

There was no luggage labor in the place, we had to handle all of our luggage ourselves. However, the most point we didn't like it was when the A/C keeping turning off (happened twice) and we have to contact the receptionist to check and fix. Both times they send us a technician to check, even though the issue is not from the room but on the hotel overall! Last A/C failure happened at 4 AM, and I had to contact the receptionist 3 times and it took over 45mins to get it fixed. My sleep ruined in that day.
