Location

The facilities (outside of the room) lacked cleanliness, front desk staff seemed unknowledgeable, and the breakfast buffet was awful for the price that was chargedโ€ฆit was comparable to a free breakfast at many other chain hotels and kids were charged full adult price

"Hot room"

The location of the room. It was near the game room and the pool.

The cob-webs in the corners of the room. There were ants by the bed and we had many problems with the key cards. I got charged twice for the two nights. I got charged by the hotel and the site, booking.com. The room was hot. I didn't understand how the ac did anything, i had to have a friend bring me in a box fan so i could sleep.

Th rooms and bathrooms need major updates The areas were well cleaned however I question if one of the bedsheets was changed.

Beautiful area

We expected a full service dining room. We were celebrating our anniversary and the dinner buffet was mediocre. Couldnโ€™t even get ice cream for a dessert. Being understaffed shouldnโ€™t be an excuse for service.
