"I would stay again but check the room first"

It was beautiful

The air didn't work and the staff said they would send a fan then said the didn't have fans yet there was a fan on the counter and the night shift said they do have fans and apologized and wished we would have asked her. Also a maintenance order was said to have put in but when someone else checked it was never put in. It was an older room and we really enjoyed our stay but day shift and evening shift stay need to learn customer service. Night shift was wonderful. Lol on the other hand the mirror made us laugh when we got out of the shower. Wonder where Annie was lol

Simple and convenient. Room was clean, front desk was helpful. Sauna was a nice touch.

The gym was basically nothing. The whole place seems a little run down.

Location

The facilities (outside of the room) lacked cleanliness, front desk staff seemed unknowledgeable, and the breakfast buffet was awful for the price that was charged…it was comparable to a free breakfast at many other chain hotels and kids were charged full adult price

"Hot room"

The location of the room. It was near the game room and the pool.

The cob-webs in the corners of the room. There were ants by the bed and we had many problems with the key cards. I got charged twice for the two nights. I got charged by the hotel and the site, booking.com. The room was hot. I didn't understand how the ac did anything, i had to have a friend bring me in a box fan so i could sleep.
