Excellent value for money. Clean. Nice food. could clean and bring my (road) bike to the room. Amazing new wellness area.

Small things: Could have reminded guests that you need to have dedicated wet area slippers and cap for the wellness area. Coffee machine (instant powder based) used during breakfast is a bit sad for a place in Italy. Sure it’s possible to get a nice cappuccino for extra pay from the bar. But the standard coffee option could have been a bit better. At least some fresh filter coffee. Otherwise breakfast was excellent.

La piscine et l’espace détente sont agréables,spacieux et très propres. Les chambres sont de bonne taille,et bien équipées. Par contre , en été peut d’espace extérieur pour profiter de la vue et de la nature, dommage ! Ça manque !

En demi pension,les petits déjeuners sont très correct. Par contre le dîner n’est pas à la hauteur !! Les plats proposés ressemblent à une cuisine industrielle et sans saveur. Cependant le service est sympathique est efficace.

Amazing sauna and pool area, cosy atmosphere, good breakfast, nice rooms.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and there was no fridge in the room. The staff was nice, but not particularly hospitable. At first, we were asked what we would like to drink at breakfast. We ordered decaffeinated cappuccinos, which the waiter said was not a problem. However, the next morning, that same waiter charged us for ordering the exact same drinks. We complained at the reception, but he did not even apologize.

Albergo a gestione familiare in cima al passo Campolongo. Si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili per accomodare ogni richiesta anche seppur semplice. Staff molto gentile e cordiale
