Please note that late check-in from 22:00 until 00:00 costs EUR 20. From 00:00 until 02:00 a surcharge of EUR 100 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. When booking an apartment bed linen and towels are included. Bed linen is changed once every 7 nights, towels are changed once every 4 nights. During summer, apartments do not include daily cleaning, while in winter apartments are cleaned daily. Please note some rooms and apartments are locate in the annex, 328 feet from the main building.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Arredamento, pulizia, posizione e spa.

Sicuramente manca una governante in quanto le cameriere ai piani c'è le trovavamo in camera tutte le volte che venivamo da far colazione. Addirittura il giorno di partenza prima del chekout ore 10 una cameriera di piano è entrata in camera con la nostra presenza senza nemmeno bussare. Nella sala ristorante un cameriere guardava sempre l'orologio stressandoci nel chiederci in continuazione se poteva togliere piatti mentre ancora mangiavamo. La receptionista al check in è stata molto gentile spiegandoci il tutto, mentre la receptionista al check out ci ha salutato con un semplice arrivederci.

Śniadania, basen, sauna. Personel bardzo pomocny i miły. Fajna lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko.

Trafiliśmy pokój z niskim ciśnieniem wody. Woda mogłaby być bardziej ciepła. Nic po za tym.

Ottima la zona wellness, nuova, con varie saune, piscina riscaldata con nuoto controcorrente, grande idromassaggio riscaldato, docce emozionali. Staff cordiale e disponibile, ottima la pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. Camere rinnovate

Unica pecca: la nostra camera, pur rinnovata, era senza balcone e senza frigobar, indispensabili per un soggiorno estivo. Ci sono camere nuove, forse in quelle sono presenti.
