- bathroom looked a bit old but everything worked - unfortunlately no teabags (only Nespresso capsules)

Location was really good and beautiful view

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and mattress needs replacing

The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.

The only two things I'd point out was the shower head, which was just terrible, please change it and the green light shining right next to your head when you're in the bed. Otherwise great service for a good price.

When I turned off the light, 15 min after I had a strange feeling that smth is bitting me. When I turned on the light, I found several bedbugs in my bed, drinking my blood. Super disgusting... I had sleepless night, couldn't find another place to move in the midnight. Next morning I went to the reception and it was close until 16h. I sent email to the hotel, but haven't received any response. I had to wash all my clothes, clean my travel bags to avoid bringing bugs back home. This is the first time in Switzerland I encountered the bedbugs, but this was a traumatic experience. Avoid this place until the management make a proper disinfection.

Very kind hotel's responsible person, he did his best, despite some issues at the check-in with the Booking portal. The portal didn't work, so they had to charge manually my credit card again. Not the receptionist's fault, though. The artists who have slept at the hotel and I booked the 3 rooms for were really satisfied about the nice cozy rooms, the amazingly comfortable beds, the heating and the view over Lugano right outside the hotel's door.

They completely forgot about my special request (which had been approved months before) for a late check out at 12.00. The band went out for a small walk after the usual check out time (11.00AM) , came back to get ready for the check out and found the door locked. They didn't have access to all 3 rooms and their instruments and gear anymore. Extremely annoying, especially for me, who was ready to call the police. No one at the reception or at the restaurant downstairs to asisst them: they had to look for an emergency number in order to let the owner unlock them. The magnetic card system is far beyond obsolete and it simply should not be used anymore and the personal of the hotel should be on top of his things, by knowing by heart these very important details. Technology isn't definitely on this small hotel's side! What a pity there is not a breakfast service and only some coffee machine for a cup of coffee and hot tea. There's room for improvement, according to me.
