I suggest to have dinner at the restaurant Ethnic wonderful food an ambient with super nice staff!!A MUST if u are in Lugano and regardless of the accommodation :))

Good value and location close to town. Nice restaurant part of the complex.

Pricing was okay and the location was nice. The view from the room was amazing as well. The bedroom was clean, there was a coffee machine there as well. Staff was really pleasant and spoke good English. Air conditioning.

Parking spot with an extra charge. The restaurant was a bit too rich for our blood, but that's Switzerland for you. The walls were very thin so we heard our fellow guests banging around until they went to sleep. The bathroom was dated. The air conditioning kept producing a puddle of water by the door. The extra bed was not comfortable and our kid could not sleep in it, so I ended up taking it, not a very restful stay between days of driving.

We stayed in il noce room which overlooked Lugano. Great view. The room was clean and spacious. Gabriel was very accommodating. Bed was comfortable and we had air conditioning. Up the back of the property is a garden with seating. A nice place to dine.

A mini bar fridge in the room would be handy.

It's a very nice place. The room was clean and had all the necessary appliances for a pleasant stay. Private parking right beside the room. Grocery stores nearby. Staff was very friendly.

The location is a bit of a drawback, but there were plenty of options for reaching the center quickly and easily.

It was newly renovated.

Vet very noisy. Impossible to sleep before 02.00 as the staff made noise from the restaurant. There is also no noise protection from the apartment above making it very noisy. They should not rent out this suite.

Comfy bed, air conditioned room, tv and Wi-Fi, good restaurant attached and friendly staff.

Breakfast coffee… decaf only.
