"Bad experience"

No, I don’t like the property at all.

ALL. the property wasn’t clean, wasn’t comfortable, the heater wasn’t working. the bathroom looks dirty, it has hair everywhere in bathroom. The apartment look so old and dirty.

"it was a basic room that kind of serve its purpose, but could be improved.."

room was spacious clean enough there is a hot and cold water dispenser in the common area

toilet sink was not working, toilet ceiling was leaking. no toilet paper provided there was no blanket, just a thin bedsheet. no kettle in the room

The place was very near PRC Lucena and it was a relaxing place. The staff's were very accommodating and the room was really nice.

maybe they should provide drinking water for each unit, aside from that, we had a great stay.
