Please note that the hotel can only be reached by aerial cableway from Kriens. The last ride is at 17:00 in summer until the end of October and at 16:00 in winter. Please check the schedules in advance. The hotel can also be reached by cogwheel train from Alpnachstad, except during the winter season. Please check the schedules in advance. The aerial cableways may be temporarily inoperable in case of strong winds. The tickets for ascent and descent can be purchased at a discounted rate if you show your booking confirmation. The à-la-carte restaurant is only open during the day. Baby cots are only available upon request. please be informed that When booking more than 5 rooms or more than 5 people, different cancelation and prepayment policies may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great place unfortunately ruined by weather."

Amazing location. Good food and friendly staff.

Although we went in May it was still snowing and very misty. Could not see anything around the place. All the trails/hikes were closed. But it is not a mistake of the property we have to accept the weather.

"A stay to remember atop Pilatus."

Spectacular stay all around, from views, to the comfortable room and spectacular meals. It was more than we imagined. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making our stay extra special. The unique views, dining and solitude experienced staying in top of Pilatus will not disappoint.

Everything. The atmosphere and vibes were amazing.

The only negative is that the cable car tickets aren't included in your room rate and are an additional cost on the day.

This was one of the coolest Hotels I ever stayed at. Great hiking, great dinner, great breakfast. Great views.
