What I like about the property was that it’s right in the middle of the strip, in front of the ocean view. Everything there is walkable. From where we boarded was only 6mins walk to the hotel and from the hotel to the Descanso Beach, it was 15 mins but didn’t feel like 15 mins felt more like 5 mins because the walk was enjoyable (the scenery, the shops, the ocean). The hotel was clean and the housekeepers and another employee we had a conversation with were really sweet and helpful! And check in is so easy, they just send you a txt message with your room number and code key number. The hotel is so cute and small.

What I didn’t like about the property was that it doesn’t come with a lot of amenities. My most dislike is that the walls are so thin you can hear people’s conversations outside, the walking, and doors. We were in the hallway at 9:30pm (quiet time is at 10pm) and a neighbor steps out to tell us to be quiet. We looked confused because we were whispering.

The location was great and the bed very comfortable. Liked the shared patio.

We paid $500 a night for our room. Talk to a guest who had the same exact room next to us and they only paid 300. We definitely overpaid for our experience.
