Very peaceful

The lightbulb by the bed was out and the other side only had a 40 wt. more light is needed.

The bed and the pillows were great. The room was spacious.

Very difficult to find in the dark. Had to call to get better directions. The parking lot was dark along with the walkway. The second night they did turn on the lights but it’s still pretty dark in the actual parking lot. Also we were not expecting three flights of stairs. I have a bad back so carrying luggage up three flights of stairs was not an option. We left our luggage in the car.

This hotel was conveniently located a few miles from our daughter's wedding venue. I was able to book a room the week before. Trouble with my bank was worked out within minutes of my arrival. My thanks to the front desk ladies!

The decor was very worn. As is expected with a historic type location.
