The location was really good just a couple of minutes walk from the market square. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was good. The room had a wonderful view and the shower was really powerful

The noisy road which is the main road into Malton, because the windows are not double glazed the noise was quite bad as the traffic built from about 5 am onwards. The room whilst spacious was a bit dated and the bed could do with replacing of the mattress. Having said that it wasn’t as bad as some beds in hotels I’ve slept in but of course that’s personal taste

The rooms are large and have everything you need for a comfortable stay, the location is excellent and the breakfast was amazing, all fresh and local produce and served by a wonderful lady who was super helpful.

Easy access. Nothing else

There were piles of laundry bags at the entrance and the decor was in need of complete renovation. The en-suite floor needed a good clean as did the carpet. WE WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY BACK
