Location fine. Cooked breakfast was fine. But very poor alternatives for anyone not wanting a cooked breakfast

We expected our room would have been serviced. Eg hoovered. Bed made. new towels. Bathroom cleaned. Etc

Fantastic breakfast with lovely staff - exceptionally clean rooms with everything you needed - easy car parking

we were awoken several times by banging and thudding not sure from where but this wouldnt stop us from staying again

The location was spot on , the bed was very comfortable had a good nights sleep. Wills bar was great nice to see Leeds united on the wall . Breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend
