the location is accessible and legit walking distance to some attractions

the room was not cleaned, too much hair on the floor. basic toiletries were still asked to the staff. staff were not accommodating as expected. bathroom was not cleaned, water bucket was very slimmy, seems not thoroughly cleaned at all. bath towels have bad smell. wifi was very slow and not accessible up to the room.

Near the city center. But professionalism of the staff and their Manager need enhance more in line with true customer Service.

Unprofessional Attitude of the, Lady Manager towards issues involving misrepresentions of their affiliate booking Agent AGODA.. BUDOL STYLE OF DOING BUSINESS... Place is not well maintained

The pillowcase is damage and yet they still put it. The towel is like rag. Very disappointing.
