MYThe ambience & location of the hotel which is along the river canal that carried me away.
There is no shopping market to buy sundry things including some biscuits, pastry & mineral water. Secondly, the breakfast is just average. I stayed 2 nights & 3 days. On the second day, the same breakfast was served and there was no change on the menu. The hotel management should look into serving at least good breakfast and more over not serving the same breakfast menu the following day. Pls try to serve different menus on a daily basis.

HUMYThe breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with so many varieties to choose from! My absolute favourite part was the dining time arrangement—it’s open from 7 am to 12 pm. It's so rare to have such a generous window, allowing us to take our time and really enjoy the food without feeling rushed.
We would like to raise a concern regarding our room. The towels provided do not appear to be fresh or properly cleaned, which is concerning. Furthermore, we were surprised to discover that the bathroom is built with transparent glass and lacks adequate privacy features. This setup significantly compromises our privacy and is not something we expected when booking the room.
SGI like the spacious of the 3 bedroom suite. Especially the living room.
The breakfast buffet is not much choices to eat as we had almost same food for our 3 nights stay. The outside kids pool water is dirty as seen particularly.
