"Worst Front desk staff behaviour very unprofessional."

Extremely Disappointing Experience I am compelled to express my frustration regarding my recent stay at Hyphen The experience was nothing short of unacceptable. The front desk staff exhibited shocking unprofessionalism. They were rude, dismissive, and clearly untrained. My attempts to inquire about my reservation were met with eye rolls and condescending remarks, creating an uncomfortable and hostile environment. Moreover, the lack of basic customer service skills is alarming. It seemed as though the staff had no understanding of their roles, which led to a chaotic check-in process that wasted valuable time. I expected much more from a hotel of your reputation. This experience has left me questioning whether I would consider staying with you again or recommending your establishment to others. This is the best hotel in Meerut.....the staff is excellent. The staff is very polite and humble and very cooperative. They helped me graciously.... whatever i asked for. The food is really delicious and good...the rooms are fantastic and really comfortable....i always enjoy my stay here.... looking forward for next visit....

NOT GREAT

List goes on and on - from check in to check out it was all bad experience. I don't think their ratings are genuine. Service was slower than the slow motion , WiFi wasn't great , AC wasn't working properly, their electrician couldn't fix it till almost 1 am & I had an early start next day , hence asked them change my room which took another 30-40 minutes but again same problem in that room too.. At check out they took almost 1 hour because they don't accept international bank cards -- then why are they advertising their hotel on a international website like booking.com Overall very bad experience would never recommend it and I would say do not get trapped in their fake ratings.. Extremely unhappy customer 😑
