Location

Worst stay experience. AC was very bad. Staff response was very slow. They charged even drinking water in room saparately. The food was not good and given after a long time .

"Worst hotel experience I had till now"

Nothing

Was not received well while check in. I had to carry my luggage myself to the room. Linen/ bed sheet were dirty. One bottle of water was provided in the room and when asked for another bottle, was charged extra Rs 39/-. Overall cleanliness of Room & toilet was poor. When told to person at front office, that I will give a bad review of your hotel, his straight forward reply was - "No issue", means he doesn't care. While check out, also carried luggage myself. While check in, GST no & Company name was provided to front office person. But checkout bill was issued in my personal name, and it had to be re-issued on my intimating. Surprised that how such Hotels are running and how Booking.com is hosting these Hotels in its application..
