I liked mostly everything except when the air conditioning is turned off when I left. It was 100* real feel outside and was looking forward to cool air in my room only to find it hot inside.

Everything was outstanding. The entire staff was very dedicated and catered to every detail. A particular shout out to Victor who went out of his way to make us feel.at home.

Lovely hotel in a great location on the riverside, just a few minutes walk from a wide selection of cafés and restaurants. Spacious, very comfortable room with great air conditioning and a well-equipped bathroom. Comfortable areas in which to sit and relax both by the small pool and on the shaded patios. Excellent breakfast (with slightly disappointing coffee - unexpected in Colombia). Thank you Pito for your help and humour.
